David C. Perduk
In 1996, shortly after graduating from law school, David Perduk began practicing law in Stow, Ohio. For more than 20 years, he has devoted his practice to helping neighbors and friends in the communities he knows and loves. He serves clients in Cuyahoga County, Medina County, Portage County, Stark County, Summit County, Wayne County, and surrounding areas.
David grew up in Northeast Ohio. He has called the region home for his entire life. His deep roots in the community provide David with unique insight and a profound understanding of the legal issues his clients face.
David’s practice focuses on solving clients’ legal problems and providing essential legal services. No matter what issue a client faces — whether it involves compensation for injuries in an accident, a family law issue, concerns about estate planning or running a small business, or a completely different kind of matter — David applies his years of knowledge and experience to accomplish the best possible resolution.
While David is a tenacious litigator who aggressively pursues his clients’ interests in court actions, a very different approach characterizes his relationships with clients. His clients know him as a patient listener who carefully gathers information and meticulously analyzes all the circumstances before developing a strategy for proceeding.
In talking with a client, David fully explains in detail the legal process and principles involved in a matter, including what to expect from an opposing party and what results are likely. Clients always feel comfortable asking questions at any stage. They value David’s clear, complete communication throughout the process.
David’s dedication to providing quality legal services is apparent to clients. Through his comfortable, personable manner and thoroughness in explaining processes and issues, he develops a close working relationship with every client.
When a client decides on a strategy for proceeding, David works tirelessly to achieve positive results. After a matter reaches conclusion, the client knows that David applied all his legal skill and experience to take care of their needs and concerns.
Loyalty of past clients attests to the success of David’s approach to practicing law. Clients often return for additional services after their first experience. Many other clients contact the firm based on a recommendation from a friend or relative pleased with the services they received.
David lives in Kent with his wife and two sons. Outside the office, David focuses on spending time with his family. Together, they enjoy activities like boating, snow skiing, and hiking. David and his family are active members of the University Parish Newman Center at Kent State University and Holy Family Catholic Church, where they regularly worship and gather as a faith community.
